"Save Our Beach" - As environmental engineers, 4th graders were tasked to create a barrier that would prevent the erosion of a beach.

"Suspension Bridges" - As civil engineers, students worked in teams to construct suspension bridges. Student groups could only use 15 feet of string, 8 craft sticks, and 18" of tape to make a bridge that was 3 feet apart.
