"21 Elephants Bridge" - Students worked in groups to make a bridge sturdy enough to balance "21 elephants" (blocks).  They started with 4 large craft sticks to balance the elephants.  Once they met that challenge, they had to keep eliminating one craft stick but continue to balance "21 elephants" on three sticks, then two, then finally, one stick.
